EVENT OVERVIEW
ACR’s annual meeting utilized multiple venues for the various attendee experiences. ACR requested us to deliver their Hybrid meeting in addition to live event. The Conference included a Mainstage, 4 live streamed plenary rooms, 12 recorded for on-demand breakouts, networked speaker ready room with integrated digital signage and over 250 live streamed sessions.

AADE requested a look for their keynote that created the most flexibility but had a high-tech look. Our solution was a 20’ x 80’ screen and with custom backgrounds and graphics to match their overall show look.
